Albert Suites – Spring 2026 Promotional Offer
Terms and Conditions
This promotional offer is available for stays at the Albert Suites Nursing Home, 73 Albert Bridge Rd, London, SW11 4DS provided by Battersea Place Retirement Village Limited.
All required pre‑contract information, including standard fees and possible additional charges, will be provided prior to admission.
Promotion Period
This promotional offer is valid for reservations made between 20 March 2026 and 31 May 2026.
Stays benefiting from the offer must commence on or before 30 September 2026.
Eligibility
The offer is available to new residents only (i.e., individuals who have not previously stayed at the Albert Suites).
The offer is available to self‑funded residents only.
Residents must meet the following minimum stay requirement for the relevant offer:
- Respite Stays:
- 14 days for the price of 12 (minimum stay 14 consecutive days)
- 8 weeks for the price of 7 (minimum stay 8 consecutive weeks)
Permanent Stays:
12 months for the price of 11 (minimum stay 12 consecutive months)
Offer Details
Residents will receive the relevant promotional discount on their final invoice, based on the applicable relevant offer (see above).
The free days, weeks, or months will always be applied to the final period of the booked stay.
The promotion applies only to the room fee and does not include additional services set out in the resident nursing home contract (e.g. services provided by physiotherapists, podiatrists or specialist equipment).
This promotional pricing does not override any required pre‑admission disclosures.
Booking and Payment
A booking must be formally confirmed in writing by the Albert Suites for the promotional rate to apply.
All payments made are non‑refundable, except where required under UK consumer law (e.g., if Albert Suites is unable to provide accommodation for reasons outside the resident’s control).
The promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
Standard fees for any additional services remain payable throughout the stay.
Limitations
The promotion is subject to room availability at the time of booking.
The Respite offers apply only to Deluxe and Superior rooms.
The promotion is non‑transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
LifeCare Residences may withdraw or amend the promotion at any time before a booking is confirmed.
Once a booking is confirmed in writing, the terms applicable at that time will apply for the duration of the stay.
General Terms
By participating in this promotion, residents agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
All bookings and accommodation provision remain subject to contract.
Our standard nursing home policies and contract apply to all bookings made under this promotion.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
This promotion does not limit or remove any rights under UK consumer law.
