15 year old Millie Lai will entertain you all on her harp & flute. She has performed as a soloist with the National Youth Harp Orchestra and is a member of the Romsey Youth Concert band. She has achieved Grade 8 in piano and flute and has a harp performance diploma – all withdistinction.

Our annual celebration of the English Patron Saint returns for 2026. Head Chef, Frédéric and his exceptional team, will provide a wonderful buffet spread of delicious traditional English fare with a splendid twist.
Enjoy an evening of skittles, fun, and laughter all served with basket meals in the beautifully restored surroundings, with original beams and long forgotten inglenook fireplaces.
The ‘little grey cells’ are certainly not rusting. The most recent Quiz was excitingly close. Maria and Julian set the questions so that it won’t always be the same team that wins. There’s a modest prize (plus bragging rights) for the winners.
The resident against staff competitions continue. This time with a darts tournament in North Baddesley, complete with a buffet dinner and some friendly fun and competition.
We are fortunate to be welcomed back by Solent Dolphin for a boat trip on the M/V Alison MacGregor this year. These ever popular trips to sea take place on the Southampton Water.

We are heading to Portsmouth to explore Gunwharf Quays. With its numerous outlet shops ideal for some springshopping, or perhaps a spot of lunch in one of the fabulous restaurants on the waterfront.
There is a powerful exhibition at the British Museum about the Samurai, an iconic figure, evoking images of formidable fighters with ideals of courage, honour and self-sacrifice. Yet much of what we think we know about samurai is an invention.
The Gentleman of the village will gather in the Manor Restaurant for lunch before heading to the Middleton Room. These events are always a celebration of good food, great company and feature plenty of laughter.
