In this pivotal role, Alexandra will oversee the clinical excellence and bespoke care services for The Albert Suites, London’s luxury care home, as well as the comprehensive care functions within Battersea Place, London’s first luxury retirement village overlooking the verdant expanse of Battersea Park.
Alexandra joins the team with a distinguished career in nursing and social care management. Originally from Romania, where she completed her studies in both Nursing and Tourism Management, Alexandra moved to London in 2016. While her early ambitions were set on Accident & Emergency medicine, her journey through the UK’s social care sector sparked a profound passion for building long-term, meaningful relationships with residents.
Most recently serving as a Home Manager with HC-One, Alexandra has cultivated a reputation for combining clinical precision with a compassionate, person-centred leadership style. Her philosophy is simple yet profound: excellence is achieved through the art of listening.
