Battersea Place residents raise over £700 at the 2026 World’s Biggest Coffee Morning
Residents and team members at Battersea Place recently gathered for our annual Macmillan Coffee Morning, raising a fantastic total of over £770 for a wonderful cause.
Held in the welcoming surroundings of our luxury retirement community, the event brought together residents, staff, and friends for a morning filled with delicious baked treats, freshly brewed coffee, and vibrant conversation.
The spread featured an incredible variety of cakes and pastries prepared and donated by both residents and our talented team members. Attendees spent the morning catching up with neighbours, welcoming guests, and taking part in a charity raffle, all while enjoying the warm, friendly atmosphere that makes life at Battersea Place so special.
Thanks to the wonderful kindness and enthusiasm of everyone involved, the morning was a resounding success, raising over £770 to support vital charitable work.
Battersea Place General Manager, Liam Stack, said of the morning, “Events like our annual coffee morning bring out the absolute best in our community. There was a brilliant turnout and a wonderful atmosphere throughout the morning. We are so grateful to our residents and team for their incredible generosity and support in raising such a fantastic sum.”
