LifeCare Residences began with a straightforward belief: retirement should be a lifestyle, never a compromise. Since opening our first luxury retirement community in New Zealand, we’ve spent over 30 years redefining what elegant, fulfilling later living can look like – we take care of everyday tasks, providing exceptional service and peace of mind, so our residents can spend their time doing what they love.
We’re a family-owned business, not a corporate chain – an ethos that brings a personal touch to everything we do. Our goal is simple: to create communities that enhance and fulfil the lives of our residents.
why choose us?
Unlike others selling apartments in empty buildings, you’ll be welcomed into fully established, vibrant communities where friendships flourish and life is lived to the fullest from day one.
Warm, personal service from a dedicated team. You’re known, supported, and always welcomed as part of the family.
Our communities at Battersea Place and Grove Place are perfectly placed – near parks, villages, or city life – balancing tranquillity with world-class culture and convenience.
