Competition Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the prize draw (“Promotion”) being run by LifeCare Residences Limited (“the Company”).

1. Eligibility

To be eligible, you or a member of your family must be aged 65 or over, a homeowner and looking for a retirement village property. You must also be a new customer (not having reserved, exchanged, or completed on a property at Battersea Place or Grove Place).

2. How to enter

Scan the QR code on the promotional flyer and complete the form. Only one entry per household is permitted.

3. Prize

One winner will be picked at random and receive (4) annual Art Fund Memberships, valued at £83.00 each. The total prize value is £332.00.

The prize is as stated, is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

The prize does not include travel or any other additional expenses.

5. Competition Period

The Promotion closes at 23:59 on 3rd October 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

6. Winner Selection

A total of one (1) winner will be selected at random. The winner will be contacted via email or telephone within fourteen (14) days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner. The Prize will be received via in person or via email within 30 days of the recipients acknowledgement.

7. Winner Announcement

The name of the winner will be announced on our website and may be available upon request.

8. Data Protection

The Company shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in our Privacy Notice and in accordance with data protection legislation. 

9. General

The Company’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

The Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion at any time.
