Enjoy an evening of skittles, fun, and laughter all served with basket meals in the beautifully restored surroundings, with original beams and long forgotten inglenook fireplaces.
The ‘little grey cells’ are certainly not rusting. The most recent Quiz was excitingly close. Maria and Julian set the questions so that it won’t always be the same team that wins. There’s a modest prize (plus bragging rights) for the winners.
Speaker Gary Price, clerk of works will deliver an engaging and interesting talk focusing on the architecture of the building, as well as the work of people such as Masons, Glaziers, Plumbers and Joiners, all of whom work tirelessly behind the scenes to maintain the exceptional cathedral.
