ANNOUNCEMENT – MAY 2021

We are delighted that life is once again returning to some semblance of normality as the UK cautiously navigates through the roadmap. However, it is now more important than ever to be vigilant so as to not risk the progress made so far. All visitors, residents and staff are reminded to:

Practice good hand hygiene
Adhere to national rules on self-isolation should someone be symptomatic, test positive, or traced as a contact
Be mindful of social distancing and the use of face coverings and PPE
Sign in using the NHS contact tracing app where required
Adhere to all internal policies and procedures relating to infection control

The challenges we have faced over the last year have been unprecedented. We continue to express our sincere appreciation to all the staff, in our villages and nursing homes, who have worked tirelessly to keep residents safe and maintain essential services. Residents have kindly shared messages of appreciation – some of which can be found here ‘Building Stronger Communities’.
