LifeCare Residences’ Grove Place Triumphs at HealthInvestor Seniors Housing Awards
We are delighted to announce that, for a second consecutive year, LifeCare Residences has won the ‘Best Hospitality, Retail and Wellness Environment’ category at the HealthInvestor Seniors Housing Awards. This year Grove Place, our community in Hampshire, triumphed against an impressive list of finalists.
The senior housing sector is one of the fastest growing sub-sectors of healthcare real estate and the awards were launched in recognition of this growth. There has been a huge influx of active investors within the sector pointing to a growing and competitive market and LifeCare Residences is delighted to be acknowledged by our peers as a champion in the services category.
