Our care philosophy

At Albert Suites, we redefine the standards of care with our unwavering commitment to excellence and offers personalised and bespoke care from 27 luxurious suites, set opposite the open spaces of Battersea Park and a short stroll from Chelsea and Kings Road. A dedicated on-site team offers a comprehensive range of services, from post-operative care and convalescence to long and short-term nursing; all backed up by a full, on-site physiotherapy service to aid rehabilitation.

Long-term nursing

Bringing together care and support, whilst promoting independent living and authentic choice; we offer the ideal balance of positive intervention, whilst respecting your independence and privacy. Our Lifestyle Co-ordinator will design and incorporate inspiring activities into your daily regime in a nurturing, home-from-home environment.

Convalescence, physio rehabilitation

We are devoted to aiding your recovery and motivating you to return home as quickly as possible. Our in-house physiotherapists, nurses, visiting occupational therapist and team of health professionals will help to get you back on your feet. We welcome holiday stays.

Palliative care

Supporting your psychological, physical and spiritual wellbeing – and your family – at this incredibly sensitive and emotional time will always be our key priority. We are dedicated to providing the highest possible standard of end-of-life care, through expert pain management and advanced care plans, ensuring dignity, peace and tranquillity.

With a choice of sizes to suit individual needs, each suite has been created to perpetuate a calm, welcoming atmosphere to ensure optimum comfort and independence. Residents enjoy exceptional communal areas and facilities such as the tranquil reception and lounge, restaurant and fully-fitted physio gym.

Our hydro spa bath is available to all our residents for
rehabilitation supervised by our physios, and for relaxation. Our multi-disciplinary care team appreciates that you and your family expect and deserve the best possible care from professionals who respect you as an individual.

At Albert Suites, residents are able to take advantage of the delicious food on offer at the on-site chef-led restaurant which offers an impressive room service menu, featuring nutritious, freshly prepared favourites. Locally sourced ingredients ensure that freshness is a given, with dishes being presented in a creative and enticing way, leading to enhanced resident satisfaction and faster recovery.
Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure the experience is unsurpassed, with our hospitality and culinary offering being integral to the wellbeing and enjoyment of residents. Residents may choose to dine in the company of others in the restaurant, or on the outdoor terrace in the fresh air; equally there may be occasions where they prefer to eat in the privacy and convenience of their luxury suite – the choice is theirs.
